I imagine the answer is no - but can a 260mm Kapex Universal 60T blade (494604) be used in a 10" Bosch GCM 10 SD mitre saw?

If not is there a blade anyone could recommend for this saw?

Thanks.

They share a 30mm arbour/bore size on the blade, but the Bosch is a 254mm blade diameter according to the specifications, so the 260mm Kapex blade may well cut into the bed of the Bosch even if it operates OK without binding anywhere.

Sorry yes - same arbour size - it's just the extra 5mm! Was hoping someway may have tried it and found there was enough clearance.

Thanks.

On my older Milwaukees' and on the Kapex there is a blade height adjustment, check to see if the Bosch also offers this feature.

Thanks - it's more the clearance around the blade - it has a depth step built in if that's what you mean?

Forrest blades are good. Amazon link:  Forrest CM10806105 Chopmaster

A lot depends upon how much you are going to use it and what you are going to use it on. Any reasonable blade that is new will cut pretty well. What mostly differentiates the highest cost blades from the lower cost ones - not the lowest cost garbage blades - is the quality and quantity of carbide on the blade. The better carbide dulls slower and more carbide will allow the blade to be sharpened more times.
