I was in the Woodcraft store in San Antonio and was standing around the Festool display when I guy came by and we struck up a conversation. He was originally from the U.S. but now lives somewhere in the interior of Mexico where he does custom cabinetry and wood carving. He said he has to drive 14 hours to get to San Antonio, the closest place to find Festool! [scared] [scared] He loves the stuff (who doesn't) and only wished he could buy it there. He tried shipping something once but it never made it to him. He was thankful that he has never had a service issue since he would have to bring it over here to get it worked on. He must really live in the sticks since he was admiring the Kapex and said he had never seen one before! So that begs the question, why not Mexico? Lot's of excellent craftsmen down there who could really appreciate it. I googled it and found nothing. Is it not a big enough market?
