Closet flange bolts work well.  That is what I use for my vac sys holder together with some Woodpecker's knobs that thread on to any 1/4-20 bolt.

OP always good to put your country of origin so folks can offer correct links etc.

I use the same but tend to call them "toilet flange bolts".https://www.amazon.com/DANCO-Closet...B000JFLMBM/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=DANCO+Brass+Closet+Bolts+with+Nuts+and+Washers+Toilet+Bolt+Set%2C+1%2F4+inch+x+2-1%2F4+inch%2C+Brass%2C+2-Set+%2880156%29&qid=1630002558&s=hi&sr=1-1

For the nut part I use two kinds of knobs depending on desired clearance.https://www.amazon.com/Innovative-C...XQNG/ref=dp_prsubs_3?pd_rd_i=B00GORXQNG&psc=1https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08F36D8JC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

One of the "boxes" you make I would recommend a saw holder, as I consider it one of the best improvements to the MFT.
