Hi all:

I am new user to Festools Product, I am trying to cut same size shelf, I am trying to setup the table(MFT3) so i able to cut
8'x12" boards in 12" increments continuously w/ use of the stop gadget that came w/ the table The stop!!,, I don't know what is it called.
when I use the strait edge guide , and advance the board forward till it hits the stop guide then if i do make my 12" cut the edge of the strait edge guide is on the way to cut
all the way (without sacrificing the edge of the aluminum strait edge. what am i doing wrong?
can some body help me, if i use a sacrificing woods in between  the edge and my shelf's then i can not use the stop gadget. to advance it automatically & continuously!!

The fence that the stop block / flag should extend to the left of the guiderail and stop underneath the guiderail a couple of finger widths before you get to the edge of the rubber strip.  Your wood would be feed right to left and the cut piece would be on the left.  You will need some type of auxiliary support to the right to hold your long board.

Here are a couple of videos that might help:
