Festool midi and new dewalt dhs780

Hi

I'm wondering if any one else has the new dewalt dhs780 using the 110v adaptor

The problem that I have is when it's on auto it's like the midi just shuts down and to get it working again I need to unplug it from the transformer and plug it back in again

But when it's on manual it seems to work ok

Do not sure what the problem is with it but when I use a different tool on the midi it works fine

The electronics in the dewalt adapter aren't playing nice with the current sensing circuitry of the midi.  I doubt they ever will.

Rick C. can prob. give you the technical reasons why.

its the same with the trend t30 as well

the guy i got the saw and 110v adaptor from took it back and he has replaced with a new one still yet to try it
