Just wanted to touch base with anyone in the Markham, Ontario area. I've been a Festool owner for about 1.5 years now and specializing in built-in media centres, closet solutions and custom storage solution for basements and garages.

Good to see someone is close by. I'm thinking of purchasing a Kapex. Do you own one and if so would it be possible to meet up so I can talk to someone who actually uses one and possibly try it out. I would like to replace my old Ridgid sliding compound but I'm concerned about the durability and capacity of the Kapex.

Sorry, I don't own a Kapex.  I have used a Kapex on a few occasions and can recommend it, but very little of the work that I do demands a chop saw.
