I got an oversight from Festool over my tools Service All Inclusive recently, and I noticed in the table a column for Festool Tool Points.

What is the purpose of these points?

"Tool Points" is a program that was offered in Europe but is no longer active. I suspect the overview you received simply hasn't been updated to remove it.

Toolpoints was a discount program. For every [insert monetary unit] spent you'd get a certain amount of toolpoints, which would then count as a discount to another purchase.

It is not that you're missing anything. The discount of the toolpoints was very low.
