That planex is tempting, but I have no money left for tools after discover the recon store a few months ago. I don't do drywall professionally, but it would be nice to sand and skim coat the ridiculous texture in my house some day. It's heavy stomp texture with high gloss paint on the walls and ceilings. I guess I'll start by painting it with flat paint.
I found for small drywall projects the ETS EC 150/5 sander does a good enough job, and the dust collection is good enough that it doesn't make a mess. The 5in Bosch random orbital sander I used to use for drywall would dig in and also blow dust everywhere.
