Trying to figure out why the list price for the DF700 that just posted shows as $1499 when the list price for a new basic set is $1549.

I am new to Festool, and am not familiar with the systainer versions.  Looks like this set that comes with a different version of the systainer than I would get if I a bought a new set today?  T-Loc 5 vs SYS3?
