PS 420 = I think the system stalls on this one.  [huh]

Probably true, although back in October, one sold in about 2 minutes.

I was about to say "October was me", but I grabbed the PSC420 rather than the PS420, so it was a different day, but a similar quick sale.

Some new goods in the queue.

The Slack page will also be listing Coming Soon items in the next few days once I finish testing the new version

Some quick stats from yesterday's HK through today's Kapex (today's HK is still live so it's not included)

Dominos always go pretty quick. I thought the Kapex would go quicker, considering it was added late in the day compared to previous times it went live. I almost pulled the trigger on it, but started having second thoughts. It's a decent discount, but is the discount worth giving up the additional 2 years of warranty? For some things, yes, but for others...I'm not sure.

As more data is collected, I can potentially add approximate time intervals for when the tool might go live based on previous sales time averages.

Or maybe I'll just keep that info to myself  [big grin]

Remember-they had a special in U.S. on the Kapex in 2020 that included the cart and wings for $1995.  So I imagine a lot of people satisfied their Kapex needs then.  The wings and cart bought separately are $960 so that was a decent deal for a brand new 3 year warranty saw.  But yes-the dominos sell quickly.  I was fortunate enough to snag a 500 from recon this spring.  I think I have only seen the 700 up once on Recon this year and I could not afford to hit the button then.

[member=75283]4nthony[/member] I joined your Slack. What was interesting to me was they sold a RAS 115 back in September.

Most of my tools I get 2nd hand via Recon or other sites. I paid full price for a Kapex. I didn't want to gamble the warranty with all the history of that particular tool.

The only reason I'm not babysitting the site today is because I managed to snag a used TS75 over the weekend for a price that wouldn't violate Geneva conventions.

I just hope whoever gets these tools from Recon, especially the TS75, is someone who needs them and will use them rather than flip them.  Now that I have all of those ash slabs back from the kiln, I needed something with a bigger depth of cut.

Nice. It's been cool seeing the member list grow. There's only around 40 people in there and I don't really know who still uses the notifications, but it's always cool to see someone new sign up. The RAS listed back September sold in about a minute.

Agree with your Kapex comment.

Finish Orbital Sander RTS 400 REQ-Plus just posted.

If anyone was hoping to grab the drywall gun, it got moved to the back of the line after stalling at the head of the queue.

RAP 150 FE Shinex Rotary Polisher just posted.

The TS75 was in there, too, for maybe 30 seconds.

It sure would be nice if they posted whether these were the 14 or the 21.  This looks to be the 21 after searching the part number.

I'm not sure what the functional difference is, but I'm sure it matters to someone.
