has anyone tried to contact Festool Recon? I had a issue and called FT service. They said they dont handle recon items. Only way to get a hold. of them is through email.

I sent a email got a auto replay saying they recieved it. that was yesterday. Still waiting to see if they are going to respond.

There has to be another way to contact them

I have contacted them through email. I bought a TSC55 through recon, it came without the batteries. I emailed them, they responded within 2 days and I had batteries in a couple weeks. Just give it some time.

It took them a few days but I heard back from this this morning and they are handling the problem.
