I think it still depends on the item.  The other tools in the "collection" are still 25%, and most of the postings I've seen lately have also been 25%.

The CT 48's accessories/consumables and shipping are both pretty pricey; I wouldn't be completely surprised if 15% is all they have left in a CT 48, or maybe it's even a brand new return rather than previously used (although we haven't really seen that sort of differentiation before).

Note, too, that the "Wow, that went fast!!!" is after the DTSC and before the OF 1010.  That means the OF 1010 and other items after it may not actually see the light of day today.

For whatever reasons the CT 15 and the CT 48 have consistently been 15% off for the past 4 months. Other Dust Extractors are the more usual 25% off.

The other noteworthy exceptions to the usual 25% is the Planex (which is typically 50%, but sometimes only 40%) and more recently the OS 400 which has been going for 40% off. Also for unknown reasons we also see the random non-usual discount (e.g. the TSC 55 is usually 25% off, but has also been listed for 10%, 20%, and 30% off at times)
