I do see 3 tools and a Wow, that went fast! on the "one and done" page but they all seem to link back to the CT48 displayed on the main page with a url referring to the name of the tool I clicked on.

No trick. They all link back to the CT 48 (at this time) because only one SKU is available to purchase at any given time (not including holiday events when there are sometimes 20+ SKUs available for purchase).
Once a SKU is sold out, they'll move on to the next one in the queue. The "one and done" page gives you a heads up as to what is coming up next. The "wow" tool is a placeholder for when there are no SKUs in the queue.

Luckily, one of the "holiday events" to which Anthony is referring may be coming up this weekend. It's really hit or miss whether or not they run a "free-for-all" event on holiday weekends, but Memorial Day has had it in the past.
That's usually when they'll clear out things like Sys-Rocks and other smaller items, too.
I'm still surprised at the bundles within the last couple of weeks, honestly.
