I think the best "use and instruction" for Recon is to check often and be ready to buy the moment an item comes up. Sometimes there are multiples. A lot of times, there's just on. We never know.

The Savvy Recon Artists check /collections to see what's coming up. Collections typically, but not always, lists the items in the order they will appear.

Then those "In The Know" and "Very Smart" Recon Connoisseurs subscribe to 4nthony's Recon Bot.

But you do want to have an active credit card with an available limit because you want to be able to pounce!
