We do have a dealer in town, but I've never caught wind of them holding any other Festool event like a demo day, so I doubt they'll bring in the Road School.  Pretty sad for a down of 100k people with over 30,000 educated professionals working for a large medical institution and thus fully capable of affording Festools.

The only scheduled and definitive dates are the ones I've posted so far.

That said, the plan is to try to visit as many areas throughout the country as possible. Texas would be tentatively scheduled close to the end of the year.

I will continue to post details, dates and locations as they are confirmed as well as emailing those on our subscriber list with events in their immediate area.

I attended the Doors and Drawers Road School on Saturday July 29th at the Berlands Tools in Lombard IL.

Allen Kensley did and excellent job explaining the set up and use of the various tools. Many of the attendees have never seen the CMS, it gave them a chance to see how well it really does work.

After the demo, Allen and Dan Hale, stayed as long as it was necessary to answer individuals questions.

All in all a Saturday well spent.

Thanks to all at Festool for supporting these type of seminars.

Don't mean to update you on geography, but you may not know that Florida is a State of the Union, and we have quite a few people living here! [crying]

I have NEVER seen any of your shows or demos scheduled for our State...and I might add that Festool Dealers are far and few between in one of the largest states of the union.

C'mon guys... include us!
 
The road school has been traversing the country, starting in California. I believe the plan is for it to visit most states and would expect it to eventually make it's way done to Florida due I don't see any dates on the calendar yet.
 
Danny Hale and Allen Kensley were at the Chicago School of Woodworking doing a cabinets session on Sunday, sponsored by WoodWorld.  It was really well attended and well worth the 6+ hours of time I spent there.  Learned a lot about the 32mm system as well as some new tips on tools like the Domino, MFT/3 and saws that I have owned for years.

I understand from Allen that he's on the road full time doing these seminars so far this year.

It's a terrific program and I'm thankful to have Festool sponsor these kinds of activities in partnership with retailers like WoodWorld.

hingham lumber is a Festool Dealer and that would be a great spot for a festool roadshow event!

You can talk to your dealer about it. I have listed everything that's currently scheduled so far. I'm sure there will be additional events throughout the east coast over the coming months.
