I received an email from my Kapex this afternoon - says Indianapolis is a lovely place to visit but it misses California, and is on its way home this evening!

Shane, please edit the title and remove the word "Inadequate." Your responsive reply, coupled with the outstanding service there have made me a believer. I received a note from the center suoervisor, Steve immediately upon arrival and full explanation of its arrival condition, no kudos to FedEx for damaged handling; the charges, inclhuding return freight were suprisingly reasonable.

In the intrest of closure and full credit, my saw arrived back home this evening via UPS. It arrived at Indianapolis on Tuesday 6-10 and after a few hours delay back and  forth they contacted me and explained the whole process. It was back out the door Thursday evening 6-12, about 48 hours in process. Fantastic courtesy, service, and in repair it returned in slightly better shape than when purchased.  [big grin]

Well done, changed my initial misperception.
