Festool Spring 2010 TS Saw Promotion & Mini-Catalog PDF

Shane,

Just for clarification. Do splinter guards for rails fall into 10% rule or not? I need to give some TLC to all of my existing rails plus buy clear splinter guards for new rails.

Thank you,
Victor

If ordering from one of the online dealers is the 10% discount offered?  I know some dealers drop the shipping and sales tax charges (for out of state del) as well, and if the 10% is on top of that it comes out to a nice savings.  Or, is this ordered directly from Festool?

The 10% discount is offered by Festool dealers. Online dealers such as Bob Marino will offer the 10% off plus free shipping and no sales tax for out of state buyers.

Festool does not sell direct to customers.  You will need to contact your dealer of choice to make sure they are participating in the promotion.  I suspect most online dealers will use a promotion code during checkout to provide the 10% off or just deduct the savings instantly when products included in the promotion are adding to the shopping cart.

April Fool's everyone, there's no %10 discount on the TS saws and accessories. [tongue] No, no, I'm joking, there the discount is real and I took advantage of it this morning. I ordered a 1400 mm LR32 guide rail.

So what did you order?

Blades galore. Maybe the 8ft plus guide rail. I have the 95" one with holes but it's a little shy for sheet good for me and I don't like connecting rails when I am at home. Kim

Rail accessories in general would be awesome.

Hello Shane, I am a Canadian Kiwi who has just started buying festool and new to this forum. My question is how come the US spring catalogue and the Canadian catalogue are identical except for page 6 where the dust collector and TS saw combo in the Canadian Catalogue have been removed. A deal would have been nice. (the catalogue still tells you to go to page 6 for the deal in our Canadian version.
Thanks
Lambeater

Just another friendly reminder for anyone who is new to the forum and may not know.  You can save 10% on Festool TS saws and select related accessories through the end of May.  See our tracksaw.com website for more information on the sale, videos, etc.

@lambeater: Sorry, I didn't see your question sooner.  Check with your preferred dealer in Canada.  Most, if not all, dealers in Canada offer package deals.

It's time to ask again, when do the new end stops for the LR32 rails come out in the States?  I'm dying to get some for some tall bookshelves I plan to build.  TIA

Yeah, I remember something about an ETA of summer. I'm looking forward to these too... although I've had pretty good luck manually spacing the rails.

Well, that is a good question.  If memory serves, I checked on this when it was mentioned a couple of months ago and they were in transit to the U.S.  Let me check and I'll try to post an update in the next day or so.

[thanks] Shane. [thumbs up]

Shane - you are fast.  I appreciate your help.  I'm finishing up some rocking horses for my girls and after that it's probably 16' of built-in shelves for my smoking room ::)

Well, it seems I was wrong about them being in transit.  There's no clear ETA at the moment.  Sorry I don't have more to share.
