Quick question: I recently purchased a used OF 1400 on eBay and when I got it this weekend I noticed that the color of the systainer
is slightly different. It's more beige than gray like my others (which were purchased new).

Did Festool (ie, Tanos) change the color of the systainers recently? Or could it be sun fade?

At first I thought it was just on the front but I think it's actually on the sides as well. haven't checked the bottom yet.

Thanks.

Some of mine have turned a yellowish shade from setting out in the sun.

I have a couple of systainers that have yellowed / tanned.  Those are from the time period when the TS55 was introduced in the US (2006?) or before.  My others have remained light grey.  Granted, mine are used as tools to protect tools.  I don't care how my systainers look as long as they protect the dollars I have spent inside.
