The news said that on Tuesday, 11 September 2012, there was flash flooding in the Las Vegas area.

That was the scheduled final day of the Festools System Essentials class. The news did not specify. It said the heaviest flooding was south east of Las Vegas, which is the location of Henderson.

My thoughts and sympathy is with everyone in the floods, as well as all Festool trainees. And of course Steve Bace and his family, and his famous cork flooring!
