I bought this set in June 2012 so it is still in warranty. I have only used it a couple of times (probably 20 holes drilled and 20 screws inserted with it). I don't think I ever used the offset or RA chucks. It is complete as supplied including the manual. I never used it much because I bought a CXS soon after and this covers 95% of my needs. I also have a more powerful Makita which I am also selling. My reason for selling now is that I have just bought a PDC 18/4. In terms of condition, it is virtually mint (say 98% as good as new).
