Hi everyone,
I have numerous Festool drills, most have a 15.6v battery.
I have a TI 15 ( 14.4v). Anybody know if I can use a 15.6v battery on the TI 15?
Thanks
Brett

Garry,

That chart you linked shows the opposite. It's shows the NiMH 15.6v as being compatible with the TI15.

The  15.6V is compatiable.  We no longer carry the NiCd but we do have the NIMH 15.6 V 3 AH as a replacement.

Apologies Shane. Should have read the chart myself!  [wink]

I'd never looked that closely at the different battery technologies rather than the voltage, but at least two bits of my information were correct then - if it fits, it should work; and you can only go down from the highest capacity battery the tool is made to take. Just in this case, that would be 15.6V NiMH or NiCD!  [embarassed]
