The Festool apron was made by Bucket Boss. Not sure who made their tool belt as I have never even seen one. I would guess they were not of the highest level though.
Diamond Back is known to be one of the top brands, so you can't go wrong with them. Occidental leather is another well known tool belt brand. I have Occi Lite bags which work well, but I rarely use them. Instead I have an Occi Suspendavest which is set up how I want with a modified smaller pocket on the left, with a few tool holders on the right. Very narrow for working inside without smacking the bags into new cabinetry. Atlas 45 is something I would be looking at today for a vest. Just depends what kind of work you do.
Many folks also like specialized pants with pockets, like Snickers, Bjornklader, Blaklader, etc. Having built in knee pads is awesome!
