Just register them (this just needs product and serial number, which you can take from the label on the machine), you'll get a PDF with the warranty information and it'll be added to the 'my machines' list (which contains the original purchase date and end of 3 year warranty/10 year part guarantee dates). In case your country is affected by the website 'update' issue you should at least get the PDF.
