Ive been a Festool guy for years. These tools do quick and very accurate work and hold up for years to come. Ive seen the vacuum clamp in all the European videos and asked at the school in Indiana why they aren't here. Festool's tools blow the competition away to begin with-then put the vacuum clamp on it and things go even faster. Nonetheless, I got mine asap! The first project I put on the clamp was some QS, wormy, red oak. Yep, worm holes. Beautiful stuff! But with the holes, the vacuum clamp will NOT hold it! Imagine that! But then a few pieces of blue tape and were back on the track. This is just my luck. But seriously, this thing is very very good and it's not just that you can speed clamping up, but it turns and rotates. Expensive, but great!
