Festool with NO Systainer ?

I though all Festool hand held power tools came with a systainer. Will one does not. Anyone know which one? Without looking at the catalog! And you can not be a Festool employ.

Yep, thats right the Basic MFK700 comes in a cardboard box per the catalog. Boy was i surprised [eek] So the kit is a deal, Systainer 2 and the edge trim base for $125.

They all come in either boxes or systainers...

Not that I ever buy one without; the deals are only on the -EBQ Plus / Set ones.

Machines like the RTS 400 even come in four flavours:
RTS 400 EQ Plus
RTS 400 EQ
RTS 400 Q Plus
RTS 400 Q

I always get a chuckle when I see that grid on the catalog that says "Systainer: Cardboard box". I wonder if that box is compatible with the new T-Locs...

There's another one, the OF 2000 router is in a cardboard box. Still available for purchase at a discounted closeout price.

And, yes, it's fully compatible with the T-Locs. Duct tape not included.  [big grin]

The TS can be delivered in a cardboard box as well.

The scope of delivery may be different in other countries. In the U.S. market, the TS is not available in a cardboard box.

Most of the TS 55 and TS 75 saws that I sell are "delivered" in a cardboard box. It's just that the cardboard box very gently contains a Systainer, and it holds the saw...

So I'm the only one who's Kapex didn't come with a Systainer?  That's the last time I buy a Festool from the back of a guy's truck; especially if the tool says 'Festoool" on it.  I figured, hey, its got an extra "o", and he's only charging half price!  What a deal!
