Pretty quick for me.  Had the tool within 4-5 days IIRC.

Same or next day usually.  Time suck for me is ground shipping to SoCal.

You might want to give them a call and ask about your situation.  I am sure demand, day of the week, etc all come into play somehow.

I would give them up to a week to get it out the door (they aren't Amazon afterall).  Check your spam as well, maybe you got a shipping notification but didn't see it yet?  And if you didn't, I thought I recall some people had rec'd packages without getting the shipping notification first, so don't be surprised if it shows up unannounced.
