As a matching extension of a reception desk I did a few weeks ago, I have been working on some big wall panels. Maple veneered MDF some with lettering and logos similar to the desk.
All if these random letters where cut on the CNC machine and left with an "onion skin" of less than 1/32" to keep them from flying away. This of course means cutting them apart and flush-trimming them.
Then gluing them onto the Maple panel. The CNC also cut me a placement template.
That 4 piece panel is fairly large, the center circle is 36", but those little letter across the bottom of the other one are less than 2"
