Just finished these up for my sister's store.  She wanted two rolling files, one with two big drawers, one with one big and two small drawers, and a 30x72 desk and 24x72 table to use in an "L" configuration in her office.  At her request, stained all with Minwax Sedona Red, and multiple coats of Minwax satin poly.  Used ash with a lot of figuring for all but the drawer boxes.  Was able to find the leg sets online from a company in Michigan, I think, and they are height adjustable, so the files will be able to slide in under the desk and table.  Used dominos for drawer box construction and glue up of the tops for cabinets, desk and table. All long boards were cut with the TS55 and 2 rails joined using Betterly device to align. Used my router planing sled I built (see under How To) to flatten one side, then ran them through my DeWalt planer.  Glue-up edges for the long boards were done using the technique of putting them together, clamping, and cutting straight down the kerf between the two.  This worked excellently!  Made a radius jig for the corners, cut waste with Carvex, then used OF1400 with bearing bit to finish.  Round-over done with MFK700.
Cabinets were built using the Sommerfeld tongue and groove router system and birch 13-ply plywood. Cabinets have recessed floors to hide the casters and keep overall height down as low as possible.  Found soft-close guides at Lowes that were very well priced and work great.  Drawer pulls are from Lowes and match some others that she has used.
Fun project but a lot of hours involved.  Hardest part was planing the 7 boards for the table and desk tops.
