. . . . a FESTOOL bank account for me! [eek] [big grin] [big grin]
That's really small. For that large of a size change, wouldn't a motor housing in a smaller tool[I know, ANOTHER sander to buy.. [wink]] be the better way to go? Just wondering.NYC Tiny Shop said:...a 30mm attachment soft pad for the Rotex 90 to sand small detail work.

Yes, it is small. I was doing this by hand, because the 90mm pad is too big...was thinking that if only I had a smaller attachment, then I would have flown threw this task. Pic below.

Yeah I think it is something festool should of picked up on.
It took me 10 seconds.
Straight away I thought if this accessory wheel would extend forward it would be problem solved.
I did some at a strong to 2.5mm 3mm thick edging.
Got poor results really. They where to thick ended up rotating edge bander so much it was to far away from the edge really to apply proper pressure onto the surface. If it had an extendable wheel I'm sure it would do the job.
Thicker I can get the edging the better 2-3mm is nice decent edge.
