In my garage shop I use three MFT slabs, TrackTubes, and Speedhorses to make a 4' x 8' work table. I use six short dogs in the t-track of the TrackTubes to hold the slabs in place but sometimes they want to wander a bit. About a year ago I bought some connectors to hold the slabs together but kept putting it off until today. They work great! I also added a regular domino to the center to keep the table flat. I will only need a couple of dogs now to hold the big table in place. The table seems stronger now being attached together. Only thing I'm worried about is I hope I don't damage the studs or loose the set screws:

cool idea. I was thinking about doing this to my vaccum bag plenum plate. cut it in two so it is not ridiculous to manhandle. nice to see it works in practice!

I did that to my plate with plain Dominos years ago before the connectors. Made it so much nicer to have multiple-size plenum plates depending on the configuration. May have to pull them out and add the connector hardware. Excellent idea.

I did the same thing for a Lego FIRST table; so we could break it down into 3 sections instead of just a more difficult to handle 4x8 sheet of plywood.  They work great for this kind of application.

I've used these connectors to attach a face frame to a cabinet that may in the future need to be disassembled.

Thanks for the replies.

Might mention I bought the box of connectors here on the FOG. The seller only needed a few for his application and sold the rest. He also made a drill guide block for boring the face hole and it worked great - no need to purchase the fancy Festool jig if you only have a few to do.

Another side note. I purchased a Parf 2 system to drill the holes in the slabs but then found a sign shop less than a mile from my house has a CNC to drill them. With the connectors I measured the diagonals of the extreme holes and couldn't believe they are within 1/32" over the 8' length. Two things I would have done differently: 1) carried the 90mm spacing across the 3 slabs. 2) had less clamp openings (great for clamping but I've lost things falling through them 100's of times).
