After nearly two years I bit the bullet.  Erecta rack has arrived!  With the amount of doors, cabinet doors, and trim coming through the shop in the next month it should easily pay for itself.  Haven't been this excited over bars since I turned 21!! [attachimg=1]

I need to look into these.  Have heard great things, but do not understand how they work.  I've been using nail boards...
Enjoy your new toy!

Allyson, they are just plastic black blocks that you connect with a metal rod that stack on top of each other.  It's great for a small shop like mine or for on site work.  A wall mounted drying rack where you could put in and take out products without doing anything to the rack would be great sometimes, but very unrealistic given the space I have.  So far so good, is going to save a lot of space while finishing.

Yes I really like mine, simple but great space saving idea (I have the old style) they are extremely useful for use in the shop and easy to set up on site.

Good luck.
Let me know what technique works...other than staying off this fourm.

Tom I was in the same boat, kept putting it off, but space is worth a lot more than the coin dropped on these babies!  Production wise I can process much more doors or trim at a time which saves me a lot of spraying and waiting!

Modified so I don't have to stack and install for each coat

its not perfect, so if you dont load it up evenly, it wants to tip...clamps prevent most of that...clamps just keep all the bars together

Nice idea, it never occurred to me to use them that way...

If I was to buy racks again I would buy the Jowi rack.
Amazing flexibility, and storage capacity.
I have two Hafele racks which are good, but sometimes I need to move them out of the way to make room for larger panels and I have to take them apart. Also the wheels are rubber and move well when fully loaded but there is no lock.

I have attached a PDF of the JOWI racks

Hey Bruce:
riebling-machinery sold them and it looks like the hellotrade listing they still have them in their catalog. If they don't have them you might try Rangate, who also sell Barth equipment like Riebling does. Riebling website is not working....
I emailed Filtrex the Irish distributor to see if these are still being made.
