Hi all,

Find attached a picture of my latest project, completed this morning. Finished, believe it or not, without using any festools at all.

She was 7lbs 4, is currently unnamed (hopefully not for long) and is perfect in every way.

Just wanted to share this special moment with my new friends from the FOG.

Cheers,
Rick

Congratulations!

I think you will find that whilst free initially, the on-going essential consumables make even Festool kit look inexpensive!

However I am sure you will find her even more rewarding.

Rick,

What can I say my friend?  A pleasant surprise, though she certainly was expected.  I am so happy for you & the the rest of the family.  I will say a little prayer today wishing you all a happy and healthy life.

Neill

Congratulations Rick!

I think Rotex has a nice ring to it, or maybe Kapex sounds more like a name for a girl. What do you think?? ;D

congratulations mate!
i haven't got any kids yet, so i guess you could say its a work in progress!

all the best, justin.

Congratulations!!!  Enjoy every minute of it, because they do grow up a lot faster than you think...

Rick,

Congratulations to you and your entire family.  What a great project!

Peter

Very nice, congratulations.  Might be time for a sortainer converted for use as a diaper "bag."

Congrats,  They grow up fast.  I have a 4 year old and a 4 month old, both share the same birthday.

Congrats, Rick.  Fatherhood is very rewarding (and challenging).  Take lots of photos, they do grow up fast.

I think your wife would say she did most of the work.  ::)

Congratulation, it goes by pretty fast in the first couple of sleep deprived months.

Mark

Congrats to you and your wife!
Great project!  Make some more.  ;-)

Got two girlie little 'uns of my own... only downside is cost and (lots) less free time to enjoy the hobbies.
But lots of good projects suddenly make sense to undertake:  high chair, step-stool, dressers, toys, and doll houses... someday, a crib or cradle for her kids.

Time does go by fast.. it won't be long at all before she won't fit in a Systainer.  Ha! Man, that'd make a cute napping spot.

One more congrats, Mac. It is your finest hour.  MIne are 44 and 42 and I can certainly remember my first glimpse of them.
