Kreg and I built the base cab and top for this piece back in the fall when I first bought my Festool stuff, and then Kreg made the doors (thanks, dude!). I finally got motivated to do the top shelving unit yesterday, and halfway through it I got aggravated by the sawdust from my current miter saw, so I decided to treat myself to a Kapex. The way I figure it, I saved at least $1,300 in labor by building the unit myself, so why not, right?
