Hello!
Had a crash and got a hole/bump in my SZO20 Z template. Anybody know how to fix this?? Is it possible to use a 2 Component glue, or any other Products which will get hard and stable??

You could try JB Weld - the putty might be the best for this application, or you could use tape to hold the liquid stuff in place until it sets and hardens. You then need to sand and shape it to the right dimension - so might be tricky to get it exact.

What about filing the void with a piece of hardwood glued or epoxied in place or even a a piece of steel of the same thickness glued in place? Obviously, wood would be easier to shape versus steel. The bottom could be reinforced with a piece of sheet metal glued in place - increasing the thickness at the underside of the finger has no negative ramifications, right? In this vein, with a plate glued in place on the underside, polyester resin (Bondo) would work fine and is simple to shape/sand.

how about a brazing or silver soldering repair followed by filing under a magnifying viewer?
Depending on material a TIG welded repair.

Above mentioned fixes will break quickly. Want it done right, go to a welder to lay some drops of metal on it, and use a vile or angle grinder to bring it back to the correct shape.
