I had been planning to make a normal post for my recent project which needed a number of jigs/fixtures for using the Domino.  Then Shane announced the video contest, so I quickly converted what I was going to post into a video.  Shane/Festool will have to decide if this counts as an entry since I did not actually _take_ video, but I converted still photos into a video.

Anyway, I had to create a large number of triangular assemblies with 2 dominos per joint.  I was concerned with 3 things in this part of the project: ensuring consent spacing between dominos (I only made one set of holes at the larger setting), ensuring sufficient bearing surface for the fence when placing a domino near the tip of a mitered piece, and referencing off of the short part of the miter.  Here are the jigs and fixtures I used to address these concerns.

Next time, I'll post the jig I created to control the location of a pair of dominos in the face of these assemblies.  The hardest part was that the top was mitered at 10degrees, but I chose to place the dominos in the cross pieces before cutting a matching bevel.
