FOG HATS

Peter:

Got mine a couple of days ago, and it just fits.  I normally wear a size 7 3/4, and ordered one knowing it would be close.  There's about a 6mm overlap (assuming, as they are Festool, the measurements were specified in metric) on the strap -- just enough.

You did a great job with these.  Good quality and the design came out really nice.

Thanks for all your efforts.

Got my pencil holder(s) today! WOOHOO~ [big grin] [thumbs up]

Picture please?

Home Depot gives out nice ball caps to contractors (I'm not one) that have pencil holders sewn into each side.  They are large enough to hold most any carpenter pencil, crayon, marker, etc. -- very nice & handy.

Hey Peter -
Got my hat on Monday. You did an exceptional job with the design! Thank you so much for your efforts on this.

And for those who are interested in patents and baseball caps and pencil holders, I offer the following link:  Baseball Cap Pencil Holder Patent

Peter

That is a little more involved holder than the HD ones -- they are simply a patch of cap material about 3" long sewn to each side of the cap (open on both ends).  Without a pencil in place you hardly notice they are there.
Having said that, I am delighted with the FOG cap just as it is -- I'm in the habit of placing pencils, scales, etc in the chest pocket of my shop apron.  If I had a HD cap with a pencil in it I'd probably never think to reach for it...  [big grin]

I also like the larger size. I always have the plastic snap adjuster on the last hole. Does not work that well. These FOG hats have lots of over lap on the hook and loop adjuster.  Thanks again Peter.

I am so glad you guys are happy!

I am surprised that I have 15 US boxes here that have been paid for, but emails about shipping have not been answered.  I hope spam filters are not ruining this parade.

Peter
