If you're into the social networking thing, you can friend us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter.  We're just getting started with these so there's not a lot of current content posted. Moving forward, you can keep up-to-date with all of the latest information on these sites.

Also, if you use an RSS (What's that?) news reader, you can subscribe to the RSS feed for the FOG.

RSS makes it easy to get alerts to new content on a website supporting an RSS feed through automatic propagation of that new content to your RSS reader.  In other words, you don't have to constantly refresh the FOG page(s) to see whether there's new posts.

When time permits, I will add the RSS icon to the bottom of the page for convenient access to everyone.

Edit: If you're looking for an RSS reader, I use Feed Demon but I'm sure other members can offer their opinions on which they prefer.

I use RSSREADER and you can download it at www.RSSREADER.com

I will try the one shane recommended to see how the 2 compare and then I will write a little review.

Update:  FEED Demon is a much better program.  This program allows you to see who it came from but only by the posters e-mail address but at least it is something.  The overall layout is a lot cleaner and more oganized.  I am going to make this reader my primary.

The thing I like about Feed Demon (FD) versus a web-based solution like Google Reader is that I can leave FD minimized and it will pop up desktop alerts when something new appears in a feed I am subscribed to.  Of course, that feature can be turned off too.

Yep the alerts are nice, but I like the Google option because it does not rely on your computer. I can go from computer at home to computer at work and the reader follows me from machine to machine.

FD is nice though!!
