Just a little gloat this is where I was today watching the festool event on the laptop

This is buzios, 3hrs north of Rio de Janeiro.Brazil  no frozen scafold here jmb

Hey, I went to Buzios ten years ago. There were no cars allowed in the village- we hired a golf buggy to get around. It was a pretty place, quite deserted, I remember the food was excellent.

I wonder if it's changed at all? Seemed like the sort of place that time forgot.

there are cars on the cobbled areas although some areas are coned off I have only seen one golf cart, and although it is the end of the season here there are quite a few people about. and every other premises is a resturante or eatery of some sort, brava  beach only had about 6 people in the water at one time to give you an idea about how busy the beaches are.

overall a good spot but I imagine it would be hell in high season

How do they get to their boats?

With a boat of course. Turtles all the way down...  ;D

Weather in the Netherlands has been erratic too. Warmest March 4 ever recorded (+12 C / 54F) then coldest March 11 ever (-10 C / 14 F).
