Like new condition. I think I used this for one project (maybe 10 cuts into poplar...) I have cleaned it up and it looks like new. Very sharp... I bought this brand new with my Makita, but found the factory blade was pretty good.

I have since sold my Makita (and dewalt) saws, and I only have a Kapex left, so I have no use for this blade. All Teeth are in perfect condition...
