I have had this dust hopper for ages. One of them purchases that seemed a good idea at the time. It actually works, catches the dust of the TS55 at the end of the cut.

Just goes to show hang on to anything it will find a use or come back into fashion, a bit like flared trousers  [big grin]

What is your shipping address?  Never mind.  I have friends in high places. [eek]

So Peter, this is a side of you we haven't seen before. Exactly how many Leisure Suits do you still have?

I have many sides that most of you haven't seen.  But some have seen some in person.  I am more fun in person.  Leisure suits?  Actually I never owned a single one.  I do have some really bad old sport coats and 4 inch wide polyester ties that I could ship. Also some polyester dress shirts that were sewn with clear thread that always seemed to stab you in the armpit and made you pretend to be an ape.

That miter saw shroud is similar to the ones installed behind and below my permanently mounted Kapexes. Mine commect to the plant DC system with 100mm hose to catch any dust not extracted my the normal Kapex system.

My wife "rescued" me from double knit pants and wash & wear shirts from the 60s era. Neither looked good nor even made good shop rags.

On another note, I get very little sawdust at the end of my TS55 cuts.

I did a Moderator no-no and encouraged the conversation off topic.  Sorry.  How about we stay talking about the dust hopper or TOOLS or ACCESSORIES that we hadn't a use for and then discovered justification for keeping them.  If you want to talk about FASHION and FASHION ACCESSORIES then perhaps a thread in the friendly chat would be a better place.

Guilty as charged.

I think I dragged you down that path, so - also guilty. I'll try not to let it happen again.

Sorry!
