How's it work? Do you add it to your cart and the price is deducted or is it added to your order automatically?

You got it.  On Festoolproducts.com, just add your pants to the cart, upon checkout you'll see the belt show up at no charge.  On Toolnut.com (more pants available), I'm workign on making that happen.  We'll certainly add the free belt for you, at this time it just won't show up in the cart.
