i have festool ts75 and every guide rail.  recently i cut some clear cedar with guide rail.  when i put a straight ege on the finish there are small gaps(1/64) in some cuts. this has not happened b4.  could this be 1.  dull blade or 2. black guide strip. it doesn't appear that the stick on black strip has anything to do with straight cuts.  i treat all tools with kid gloves so there is no abuse to either.  any help will be greatly appreciated.  thanks  tim c

Hi,

Welcome to the FOG!  [smile]

Where/ what are the gaps exactly?  Could you take pictures and post them?

It could be tension in the wood itself. Try cutting some MDF or plywood to see if you have the same problem.
