Starting up a major home renovation project, which will involve a lot of Planex work and fine dust -- wondering if anyone has come out with a generic version of the plastic liner for either the CT Autoclean vacs (Festool 496215) or the CT-Cyclone (Festool 204296), similar to how there are now aftermarket options for the basic bags as well as the long-life ones.

Just skip them. You do not need them.

These really make sense mainly for European users where you may work in a big appartment block whole day where you are several hundred meters away from an "empyting" place and need to be able to empty the vac/cyclone bin multiple times during the shift *without* needing to go outside for emptying.

Their value is pretty limited in a US or, in general, any not-a-professional-at-an-appartment-block setting.

Additionally, the liner bags make the CT-VA less practical as well as reducing the cyclone efficiency a bit.

One should empty when about 1/3 (light wood dust) or 1/2 (mineral dust) full which is tricky with the liner bags..
