Does anybody know if they sell just the gasket for the lid or is there a better material to make the gasket from. I use a lot of glue and the gasket gets bunched up after a few refills and ends up tearing which makes it useless. I bought a few of them so i would have a back up and i took the gasket out of the empty ones and i am down to the last one.

Yes, you can get the gaskets from them. I needed some and I think I went through email to get them.

A different gluing setup. First buy 7 or 8 pint Titebond dispensers. After using those buy by the gallon. Keep all 7 or 8 full containers standing in upright position in the plastic container. Once you start using one leave it upside down pushing slightly against bottom to close dispenser. Glue is always at tip. When nearing empty use two so nearly empty one flows to bottom. MARK

Thank you for the replies, i bought them through my hardware supplier and never thought of going directly to FastCap. I will contact them and see if i can get them.

I use the Titebond bottles and buy by the gallon also.  I always remove and clean the tip and lid.  I tear a square of disposable grocery bag, squeeze the air out of the bottle placing the plastic square over the opening to vacuum the contents and then screw the top back on.  By keeping the air out of the bottle my glue stays fresher.  I use the same process for the remainder in the gallon jug also.

I also buy Titebond by the gallon, and keep it in the shop refrigerator to extend its useful life.
