Hi,

I just bought a new unit.  Upgrading from my Earlex 5500.

Any advice from users ?

Going to spray Kem Aqua Plus on new cabinets/doors.

I would also like this information as well.

I have been playing around with Kem aqua for several weeks now, spraying with the same unit and adding 2% of Butyl Cellosolve to my KA+ white.

Having issues with overspray and gun settings.

How did it go spraying the KA+?

I have had this unit for a while now and sprayed a few different things thru it. Lesson I am learning is less air and smaller needle.

You are never going to get away from over spray. Less air will help. Other wise you need a different system. Airless or Air Assisted Airless.

HVLP is an ongoing path of learning.
