I am trying to find the Fuji HVLP sprayer  AIRCAP/NEEDLE size that compares in size to the Grayco 9.5 HVLP #4 Needle.  I'm not comparing the sprayers just the needle size.

The #4 Graco is 0.071 (1.8mm), the #5 Fuji for the T-70 or T-75 gun is 0.070 (1.8mm).

Thanks. I'm going to spray some S&W Emerald paint and have been told it is very thick

Think you’re going to need bigger than a graco #4 - 1.8mm to spray Emerald.

It’s not supposed to be thinned either.

There's a guy on YouTube who thins it 10% and sprays without issue with a Grayco 9.5 HVLP with #4 needle.  I'm going to give it a try if I can get my hands on a gallon of the Emerald - I'm told by my local S&W store that there is a small chance I might get a gallon in a week.
