Grex customer service

I just had an surprising customer support experience with Grex Canada. I own three different Grex nailers, 650L headless pinner, 9032 crown stapler and 1850GB. I was very happy with all the nailers except the 1850GB wouldn't alway properly set all of the nails leaving 1/16" - 1/8" sticking out. I finally decided to send off an email and 5 seconds later I get a response asking for my phone number, 5 seconds later I'm talking to a rep and long story short they are sending me some parts to fix my problem. I'm blown away by how fast and I'm kicking myself for not calling sooner. Good customer service goes a long way in my eyes and I highly recommend Grex to anyone who is looking for a good quality air nailer.

grex support is great but the 1850gb is crap. i had the same problems and the same great service. love my grex 645L  but the 1850gb is crap! i sent it back twice and still doesnt sink nails properly. service  is great but they cant fix the problem of a bad nailer. the second service call the tried blaming my nails and sent  me a box of grex nail and still doesnt sink them. but the service guys are nice if that pays your bills.

 
Sorry about your bad luck with your nailer, I hope I don't run into the same issues. I will check back after I get the parts to say if it's fixed. Good Customer service doesn't pay the bills, working tools do. I was just impressed at how fast they replied to my problem.
