Yup, this would be for the North America version. I've locked the vote tally, and I'm going to post in the Ask Festool area, asking if Festool has any plans to release in NA, seeing's how, according to the vote tally, we have people interested in HUNDREDS of these things! If Festool will not release them to NA, then we can look at some sort of group order, but the logistics of ordering hundreds of pig-tails could be daunting. Either way, let's see what we can do!

A bit of a thread resurrection...

I have 2-3 non-Festools I'd like to re-tail with a Plug-It pigtail simply because I always use them with the hose on the boom arm so why not have both plugs right there.  Naturally, these are still NAIUS (not sure about Canada.. hey, fellow Canucks, you know if you have dealers with the pigtails?)

Since the Plug-It cord is the one that is country-specific, the pigtail should be able to come from anywhere.

Yup.  As the guy who resurrected it, I did put in the phoenix posting that I didn't know if we could go for another round if people were interested enough.

I don't know who eventually filled the orders, but if the kind soul is still watching, it looks like there's about 20 or more in the pipe.  If I decide to go to Australia for a vacation soon, I might have to consider how much space these puppies will take up.  They don't need UL down there; they have rugby... no sissies.  [big grin]
