Help 12mm collet

Does anyone know where in Canada or BC can I get a 12mm collet that fits my OF 1400 and 2200.

Does the OF1400 not come with the 12mm collet anymore? Mine came with all 3.

Just try googling 494462.

Harry I think it only comes with a 1/2" 1/4" and 8mm.

So got to bottom of my 12mm issue. Emailed Festool Canada and I guess in their opinion no one in North America uses 12mm bits except me..lol. So went to Amazon.co.uk located the 12mm Collet and had it here in British Columbia 4 days later. Also started looking at other Festool tools and accessories and noted that there is quite a large saving even after the exchange rate having them shipped over to Canada...Hmmm sad when you want to buy local but are also on a budget.

I hear you...just ordered a pair of MFS 400 profiles from the UK. Received them in 3 days and with shipping they were still less than the US price was in 2013.
