Hey all!!!!
I was hoping you guys could help me out with some advice.
I am looking for a new oil-free air compressor.  I have had 2 Porter Cable pancake type compressors and both have gone bad on me.
I don't use it all that often, and the only things I really power with it are brad nailers and headless pinners, so I don't need a large one.
Any suggestions (other than Porter-Cable) of course would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I picked up the Rolair JC-10 a few months ago and use it almost daily on the job. You almost don't know it's running it's that quiet, which is important to me when I'm working in homes where I don't want to disrupt my clients. I'm very happy with it. It was only a bit over $200 and totally worth it. There's a video that Dave Reinhold did on that compressor which you can easily find on YouTube!

Give a shout to the boys at ToolNut and they'll hook ya up!

Best of luck!

Bob

Same here,i have the rolair compressor and very happy with it.The senco 1010 is also great, but very slow in recovery. But it is light compared to the jc 10.

i also have the jc-10 its killer!!! you won't regret it. even customers comment on how quiet it is, and it has pretty fast recovery time,
